BIG CREEK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say a suburban Detroit man was found dead after an all-terrain vehicle crash near the Au Sable River in Michigan’s northern Lower Peninsula.

WHSB-FM and WPBN-TV report 55-year-old Steven Tucker of St. Clair Shores was pronounced dead at the scene of the four-wheeler crash in Oscoda County’s Big Creek Township.

He was found Wednesday after a search that was prompted by a call from a family member who couldn’t reach Tucker at a cabin.

Investigators say a medical condition may have caused Tucker to drive over an embankment, causing the crash. The death is under investigation.
