WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) - Flooding caused an estimated $4,000 in damage to Wahpeton High School.

The Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1T4gkYA ) that a roof drain became disconnected from a drain pipe during rain on Sunday, leading to the problem early Monday.

Buildings and Grounds Supervisor Dale Bartnick says water came in through the ceiling. Principal Ned Clooten says hundreds of gallons of water flooded the tile floor in a commons area.

The problem did not affect classes.
