FORREST CITY, Ark. (AP) - A 24-year-old man has been arrested after Forrest City police say another man was found stabbed to death inside his apartment.
Authorities say the body of 43-year-old Kenneth Lamont McCline was found shortly after 4 a.m. at Manor House Apartments Tuesday. Police Chief Deon Lee told the Times-Herald that it appears McCline was killed about 2 a.m.
McCline’s body was being sent to the state Crime Lab for an autopsy.
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (https://bit.ly/1TvHWsJ ) reports that the suspect was arrested Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder and residential burglary. He is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
