CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (AP) - Long Island prosecutors say three members of a heroin and fentanyl distribution ring linked to five fatal overdoses following a wiretap probe are set to be arraigned.

Newsday (https://nwsdy.li/1T47wlE ) reports that the office of the Suffolk County district attorney will hold a news conference on Wednesday where they will also display weapons, cash, drugs and other drug paraphernalia.

Prosecutors say the ring has been linked to 17 overdoses, including the five fatalities.

Newsday says two of the alleged suppliers to be arraigned Wednesday were arrested on April 12. The third was arrested in December.
