DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Police in Durham say one man has been shot and killed and another man has been hurt in an apparent robbery at a convenience store.
Police spokesman Wil Glenn said in a statement that officers were called to the store around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
They found one man dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Glenn said the victim was 57-year-old Jalal Nafez of Durham.
Glenn said a 48-year-old man was taken to a hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.
Glenn said both men worked at the store.
No arrests have been reported.
