SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Police say the body of a woman has been found at a vacant home in southeast Georgia.

Savannah-Chatham police spokeswoman Eunicia Baker said in an email Sunday that the woman was found Saturday morning after officers responded to the scene around 9 a.m. The name of the woman has not been released.

Baker says preliminary investigation reveals no obvious signs of foul play. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab will schedule an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
