LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Las Vegas man accused of posing as a police officer and then raping a woman is set to appear in court.

KSNV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1MKqyRh) that 26-year-old Blake Lawrence Anderson has a hearing scheduled for Monday morning.

Anderson is being held without bail on several charges including three counts of sexual abuse with a deadly weapon.

Police say Anderson invited a prostitute into his car March 29.

He parked the car and allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at her head, saying that he was a police officer.

Police say Anderson then bound her wrists with duct tape and sexually assaulted her several times.

He then drove off.

Authorities say the victim remembered Anderson’s license plate number.
