SPRINGVILLE, Utah (AP) - A man wanted for hitting two Springville police officers with a car has been found.
Springville police said Sunday that Salt Lake City police arrested 19-year-old Corbin Chandler Decker.
Authorities acted on a tip Saturday night that Decker was in the area of 800 West and North Temple.
Salt Lake police say Decker first tried giving false information about his identity.
Decker is now being held in Utah County.
Authorities say Springville police approached a vehicle thought to be stolen last month.
Decker and another man were inside.
They allegedly sped toward one officer, causing him minor injuries, and then struck another.
The second officer suffered a broken nose and facial lacerations.
Police say he has since returned to full duty.
