SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say they have arrested a man who threw rocks at a California courthouse and left a note with his contact information at the scene.

The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin reports that the 30-year-old man was arrested Sunday for causing about $15,000 in damage to the San Bernardino Justice Center.

San Bernardino Sgt. Vicki Cervantes says the man shattered a glass door and damaged the door frame of the courthouse. She says he ran off when he saw the officers but returned a couple hours later to throw more rocks at an adjacent door.

Cervantes says the man left a note with his name, phone number and the last four digits of his social security number before running off again.
