Hall fired one shot that entered the bridge of Grossman’s nose and exited through his forehead. He was transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland in critical condition. Roberts says Grossman is stable and in recovery.
Grossman was allegedly engaged in a “physical confrontation” with another officer when Hall fired on him.
