WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) - Two of three men who committed an armed robbery at a Pennsylvania home where five children were present have been sentenced to prison.

Twenty-year-old Sheldon Morris will spend six to 15 years in prison while 22-year-old Nathaniel Johnson will spend seven to 15 years.

The Washington, Pennsylvania men were sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty in the February 2015 home invasion.

A third man, 44-year-old Patrick Speer, was also charged, but he hanged himself in his Washington County jail cell last month.

District Attorney Eugene Vittone says the men duct-taped Dustin Phillips to a chair before Speer fired a shot at Phillips, missing him. Phillips’ five children, ages 2 to 10, were also present.

The men then ran away with a video game system, some games and a backpack.
