DETROIT (AP) - Police say carbon monoxide poisoning is suspected in the deaths of two men at a house on Detroit’s northwest side.

Police say the men were found Wednesday night in the living room of the home. Detroit police Capt. Russell Solano says a generator was found in the basement and they may have succumbed to the fumes. Their names weren’t immediately released.

WJBK-TV reports the home didn’t have electricity and cables were connected to the generator. Police say foul play isn’t suspected.
