BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - An East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury has indicted two brothers and woman in the Dec. 21 slaying of a 27-year-old Prairieville man at a Baton Rouge strip mall parking lot.

Authorities say George Reusch Jr. was shot to death inside his idling SUV during what police have said was a robbery during a planned drug deal.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/1UMV3sw) the grand jury charged the suspected triggerman, 27-year-old Glenn Spears, on counts of second-degree murder, armed robbery and felon in possession of a firearm. Twenty-three-year-old D’Mon Spears was indicted on a second-degree murder charge.

The grand jury charged 25-year-old Gabrielle Rogers on a count of accessory to second-degree murder.

Police have said Rogers and D’Mon Spears drove with Glenn Spears to meet Reusch for a prearranged drug transaction.
