INDIANA, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man has been charged in a suspected heroin overdose death and is believed to be involved in another.

Federal drug enforcement agents have charged Justin Kromer with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of drugs resulting in death.

State troopers arrested the 27-year-old Indiana man during a traffic stop on Monday, finding 46 heroin bags. Indiana is about 45 miles east of Pittsburgh.

A criminal complaint says Kromer admitted to selling heroin to two people who died, including four bags to one man just before he died.

The Indiana Gazette reports county officials haven’t confirmed the overdose victims’ identities.

Kromer remains held without bail. His detention hearing is scheduled for Monday in Pittsburgh.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports an attorney for Kromer isn’t listed in court records.
