MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A Florida man accused of making about $200,000 worth of purchases using counterfeit credit cards in 20 states has been arrested in Missoula.

The Missoulian reports (https://bit.ly/1qy48cf ) that the 25-year-old Felipe Perez-Reyes is charged with one count of felony theft in Missoula, but during his initial appearance in Missoula County Justice Court this week Deputy County Attorney Karla Painter said an FBI agent told her federal charges are being considered.

Perez-Reyes was arrested Monday at Sportsman’s Warehouse. According to court documents, the company had issued a nationwide alert because Perez-Reyes is believed to have fraudulently purchased more than $60,000 worth of merchandise from its stores.

He was arrested on a nationwide no-bail extradition warrant from Nebraska.
