DALLAS (AP) - A 19-year-old man with the street name “Suave” is charged in Dallas with capital murder and two counts of aggravated assault for a double fatal shooting last month and another shooting where two people were hurt.
Authorities say Jacorean Linwood turned himself in Thursday because he knew police were looking for him.
An arrest warrant reviewed by The Dallas Morning News (https://bit.ly/1VETWdn ) shows Linwood is suspected of the March 22 slayings of 33-year-old Casey Breedlove and 35-year-old Brent Rawls in the parking lot of a Dallas apartment complex. Witnesses say the shooting culminated an argument over drugs.
Police say a week later, another argument outside a food store led to a shooting where a security guard was seriously injured and another person wounded.
Linwood is held on $1.1 million bond.
