Man charged in fatal shooting in North Little Rock

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man in North Little Rock.

North Little Rock police said Thursday that 21-year-old Roy Lee Boles Jr. has been charged with capital murder, first-degree battery and aggravated robbery in the Feb. 27 death of Jevon Tyrell Shearer. Two other men suffered gunshot wounds that were not considered to be life-threatening in the shooting.

It was not immediately clear of Boles has an attorney.
