BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota’s wild turkey spring hunting season is getting underway.
The season opens Saturday and runs through May 15.
The state Game and Fish Department offered 5,815 licenses for the spring season, the same as last year.
Hunting Unit 21 in Hettinger and Adams counties will remain closed to hunting this year due to a low number of turkeys there.
