EVERETT, Wash. (AP) - Detectives are investigating after finding a man’s body partially submerged in a swamp in Everett.

Everett police say someone reported seeing a body in the 3400 block of Eclipse Mill Road at about noon Friday. Responding officers found the body of a man and say they believe he was the victim of a homicide.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death, as well as the man’s identity.
