THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) - Captain Davy Klaassen headed Ajax past Cambuur Leeuwarden by 1-0 to stay top of the Eredivisie, while 10-man PSV Eindhoven beat Willem II Tilburg to stay just two points adrift in second place on Saturday.

Klaassen converted a cross from the right by substitute Anwar El Ghazi an hour in to keep Ajax on track for its 34th league title.

In Eindhoven, defender Santiago Arias was sent off with the match still goalless 12 minutes into the second half after picking up his second yellow card.

Midfielder Marco van Ginkel rescued his side in the 68th converting a corner from close range, and Luuk de Jong fired in a late penalty to double the score.
