BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty to dealing drugs on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

Joel Sandoval, of Fort Yates, is charged in federal court with distribution of methamphetamine. He faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Court documents show that an FBI informant bought drugs from Sandoval on three difference occasions between Sept. 3 and Nov. 20 of last year.

The plea agreement says Sandoval should get credit at sentencing for acceptance of responsibility.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled Thursday in Bismarck.
