FLORENCE, Ariz. (AP) - A 58-year-old Gold Canyon man faces life in prison after being sentenced on convictions stemming from sexual conduct with a minor.
A Pinal County Superior Court judge last week sentenced 58-year-old Reginald Bruce Prashaw Jr. to life plus 85 years.
The County Attorney’s Office says the sheriff’s investigation that launched the criminal case against Prashaw started with a mother’s call to a behavioral health crisis line in 2013.
A jury in July convicted Prashaw of five counts of sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of sexual abuse with a minor.
