Philadelphia police hunt for bike-riding groper

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police in Philadelphia are searching for a man who’s been groping women while riding his bike.

The man has been involved in at least four sexual assaults, mostly in South Philadelphia.

In three of the incidents beginning in early August, police say the man touched the women inappropriately while passing by them on his bike.

In the latest incident on Aug. 13, he approached a woman exiting her car and touched her, fleeing on foot when she began to scream.

Police released a video of one of the attacks, where a man can be seen on a mountain bike riding on a sidewalk and passing by a woman. He then reaches out with his right hand to touch her, and then pedals quickly away.
