MANASSAS, Va. (AP) - Police are searching for a woman who they say was involved in the fatal shooting of a man at a Manassas grocery store.
According to a statement from Prince William County Police, 24-year-old Cordrey Douglas Jackson was found suffering from gunshot wounds Wednesday evening in front of a Food Lion in Manassas. Jackson was taken to a hospital, where he died a short time later.
Police say Jackson had been in a fight with a man and woman, 23-year-old Roberta Eldina Brandon. Jackson was shot during the altercation. All of those involved knew each other.
Brandon has been charged with murder and use of a firearm in commission with a felony. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
It’s unclear if Brandon has an attorney.
