PHOENIX (AP) - Police have released the name of a man killed in a rollover crash in Phoenix.

They say the victim of Monday morning’s accident was 46-year-old Jesus Heralio Morales.

The crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. near 67th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Police say a 54-year-old driver failed to yield while turning into a driveway and hit the truck Morales was in, causing it to roll.

Morales was partially ejected from the truck and died at the scene from his injuries.

Witnesses say the driver may have been trying to avoid people walking in the roadway.

It’s still unclear if the man will face any charges.

Police say the official cause of the crash has yet to be determined, but speed and impairment don’t appear to be factors.
