NORTHFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Police have accused a Norwich University student of brandishing a knife on campus and threating fellow students and police.

They arrested 20-year-old Mason Madison early Monday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and attempted escape. They said the threats were made in one of the dorms.

It was not immediately known if Madison has an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
