WINCHESTER, Va. (AP) - Police say they are investigating a shooting that left one woman injured in Winchester.
The Winchester Police Department said a man kicked in the back door to a home and fired shots Friday evening, hitting a 36-year-old woman in the shoulder. Police say her injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
Police say two other people inside the home were not injured.
Police say the suspect is a Hispanic man in his 30’s. They say they do not have a possible motive. They say the man may have left the scene in a white or silver Mercury Sable.
