3 arrested after standoff following burglary in Butler

BUTLER, Pa. (AP) - Police arrested three people following a standoff that began as a burglary in progress in Butler.

Officers were called to the scene on Franklin Street around 10 p.m. Sunday.

The standoff was over by 4 a.m. Monday.
