PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A woman found injured and unresponsive on a Philadelphia street is in critical condition.
Police say a motorist spotted the woman in a desolate spot on North 3rd Street around 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say the woman sustained head trauma.

She did not have any identification on her.
Police are reviewing surveillance video to try to determine what happened.
