VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - A Mississippi baseball coach is offering a $100 reward in hopes of catching the culprits who vandalized a high school baseball field in Vicksburg.

The Vicksburg Post reports (https://bit.ly/2ial20g ) that a vandal or vandals entered Warren Central’s Viking Field sometimes the night of Dec. 11 and painted a statue of a baseball player blue.

Conner Douglas, Warren Central’s baseball coach, says he hopes those responsible are caught so that people don’t start thinking such crimes are acceptable.
