TACOMA, Wash. (AP) - The Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office has charged 43-year-old man with stalking, cyberstalking and violating a protection order involving an ex-girlfriend.

Prosecutors say Michael Andrew Hart was convicted in 2014 with a list of charges, including assault, harassment and violating a no-contact order with the ex-girlfriend.

He was released from jail on Dec. 4, 2015, and on that same day, the victim and her daughters began receiving Facebook messages from an account associated with Hart.

Prosecutors say the messages continued into 2016 and included explicit photographs that were also sent to everyone on the woman’s contact list.

The victim said Hart assaulted her and threatened to killer her and the people close to her.

Hart’s bail was set for $300,000.
