WILLINGBORO, N.J. (AP) - Prosecutors say a man who was shot and wounded on a Burlington County street has died from his injuries.
But a motive for Tuesday morning’s shooting in Willingboro remains under investigation.
County prosecutors say 32-year-old Willingboro resident Tariq Mughal was shot on Genesee Lane but did not live in that neighborhood. Responding officers found him in the street and he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Further details on the shooting have not been disclosed, including what type of weapon the assailant used.
An autopsy was due to be performed Tuesday
