HANOVER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has died in a car crash that the police say was likely the result of drunken driving.

Twenty-five-year-old Kyle Boisvert, of Canaan, was pronounced dead late Friday at the scene of a single vehicle rollover in Hanover. The driver of the vehicle, 21-year-old Zachery Warner, of Canaan, has been charged with negligent homicide and aggravated driving while under the influence. Authorities say he was driving three others in a pickup truck and that speed and alcohol were likely factors in the crash.

The other two occupants were taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Twenty-six-year-old Hannah Linowski, of Pennsylvania, sustained serious injuries. The police say passenger Jennifer Gavell was released after a brief medical evaluation. The police did not provide Gavell’s age or hometown.
