Light snow coats ground in parts of northwest New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Most of New Jersey awoke to rain, but light snow was falling over parts of northwest New Jersey.

Roads were wet Monday and the snow mostly stuck to grass and sidewalks before it ended.

Forecasters say whatever snow fell won’t last long as temperatures warm throughout the day.
