MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire Department of Corrections worker has been accused of recording video of a woman and a 15-year-old girl without their knowledge over two years.
WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2h6Mg7r) 46-year-old Jason Cooper, of Manchester, faces nine felonies and 10 misdemeanor charges of unlawful wiretapping and violation of privacy.
He’s accused of setting up cameras in multiple locations in the woman’s home and recording her and the child.
Cooper has been administrator of audits in the Bureau of Audits and Compliance at the department since 2014.
Cooper’s attorney said his client has no previous record. He’s scheduled to return to court on Dec. 19.
