LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a man was arrested after nearly four hours of negotiations with officers responding to reports of gunfire and a man with a rifle on a balcony at an apartment complex south of the Las Vegas Strip.

Officer Michael Rodriguez says no injuries are reported after the man surrendered to SWAT officers a little after 10:20 a.m. Wednesday at the complex on Pebble Road.

The man’s name wasn’t immediately made public.

Police had reported receiving multiple 911 calls about 6:30 a.m. from the Loft 5 complex.
