SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - San Jose State University police are investigating a sexual battery that occurred on campus.
KNTV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2gFG0Qt ) that according to university police, on Wednesday a male suspect sexually battered a female on the second floor landing of a stairwell in a classroom building.
The suspect was last seen fleeing up the stairs after the assault.
This is the third report of assault on campus in a week. Crimes were reported on Nov. 30 in the same classroom building at on Monday at the Student Union.
Anyone with information about any of the incidents is asked to contact university police.
