WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro says weekend work on the rail system will impact all six lines.
Metro says that on the green line on Saturday and Sunday, free shuttle buses will replace trains between Gallery Place and Navy Yard. The stations at Archives and Waterfront will be closed as well as the upper level of the L’Enfant Plaza station.
Orange and blue line trains will run every 20 minutes.
Red line trains will operate every 12 to 15 minutes between Shady Grove and Silver Spring. Shuttle trains will operate every 20 minutes between Silver Spring and Glenmont.
Metro says yellow line trains will operate every 10 minutes between Huntington and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport only. Silver line trains will run every 10 minutes between Wiehle-Reston East and Ballston.
