WATFORD CITY, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota regulators are holding a public hearing in Watford City on a proposed oil pipeline in McKenzie County.

Tesoro High Plains Pipeline Co. wants to build a 1.4-mile pipeline to carry up to 75,000 barrels of crude daily.

The company says the $8.9 million Targa Antelope Lateral Pipeline Project would enable Tesoro to more fully utilize its existing pipeline system.

The Public Service Commission hearing is 11:30 a.m. Central time Thursday at Teddy’s Residential Suites.
