ROXBURY, Maine (AP) - A district attorney’s office is expected to review the case of a Maine pedestrian who was killed over the weekend.

The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office says in a news release that Cailin Currivan was hit and killed by a pickup truck Saturday morning. Authorities say the 26-year-old Rumford woman had been walking on state Route 17 in Roxbury, about 50 miles northwest of Augusta.

Currivan was pronounced dead at a Rumford hospital.

Authorities say Kyle Kennedy was driving the truck at the time. The 22-year-old Livermore Falls man has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office and Maine State Police are investigating the crash.
