KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - A Kalispell physician whose medical services included first trimester abortions is suing the man who destroyed her clinic, the man’s parents, an anti-abortion center and its director.

Susan Cahill and her husband are seeking compensation for damages to the clinic, the loss of economic opportunities and emotional distress.

The lawsuit names Zachary Klundt, who is serving a five-year prison sentence and was ordered to pay $669,000 in restitution for damage to Cahill’s All Families Healthcare in March 2014.

Klundt argued that he broke into the clinic in a search for drugs, but Cahill’s lawsuit notes that Klundt texted his mother the evening before the break-in to ask where the “abortionist” worked.

Cahill moved her clinic in December 2013 after the director of Hope Pregnancy Ministries purchased the building that housed her clinic and evicted her.
