WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say an officer was arrested after an off-duty incident and fired from the department.

Julian Michel, who had been on the force for a year, was charged with terroristic threatening on Tuesday, the department said in a news release. Police offered no information on the incident.

Michel was fired after an administrative hearing.
