Woman in Ohio apartment fire dies at hospital

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Ohio officials say a Toledo woman has died in an early morning apartment fire.

WTOL television station (https://bit.ly/1JNVYoB ) reports that firefighters pulled a woman from the Deerfield Run Apartments after responding to the call about 9 a.m. Friday; she was taken to The University of Toledo Medical Center.

The Lucas County Coroner’s Office pronounced her dead at 10:01 a.m. Her name was not released.

The fire was contained to a third-floor apartment.
