KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) - An autopsy is planned for woman found dead in Zintel Canyon in Kennewick.

The Tri-City Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1Q1E2n8 ) that the body was discovered by teens north of the Canyon Lakes Golf Course on Friday night.

As of Saturday morning, she hadn’t yet been positively identified, although John Hansens, the Benton County coroner, says authorities “have some indicators on who it might be.”

He didn’t expect to release more information until Monday. The autopsy is planned for Wednesday.

Kennewick police, who continue to investigate the death, said there’s no reason to believe the community is in any danger.
