BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police are investigating an overnight crash that injured two pedestrians.

Police say a 31-year-old Bismarck man was driving south on 3rd Street just before 11 p.m. Friday when he struck a man and a woman crossing the street. Police say the 23-year-old Bismarck man and the 24-year-old Bismarck woman were not in a crosswalk when they were struck.

Both were taken to a local hospital. The woman remained in the hospital overnight and the man was discharged. Their names were not released.

The case remains under investigation.
