Body of man found in Roswell church parking lot

ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - Roswell police are investigating after the body of an elderly man was found in a church parking lot.

The Roswell Daily Record says the body was on the ground and discovered by kids riding their bikes early Saturday morning.

Police are trying to determine the man’s identity.

They say he is likely from outside of town.

Investigators do not suspect foul play and believe the man had a health issue.
