GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Gainesville Police are investigating the death of a 20-year-old University of Florida student who fell six stories at an apartment complex near campus.

Police spokesman Ben Tobias says Chance W. Wolf of Weston was found unconscious and bleeding when officers arrived at the scene just after 2 a.m. Sunday.

Tobias tells The Gainesville Sun (https://bit.ly/1OZjsWT ) that Wolf was pronounced dead at a hospital.

According to police, the building’s surveillance cameras show Wolf leave a sixth-floor elevator, walk down a hallway and apparently fall over a waist-high, glass partition that overlooks an interior courtyard.

No foul play is suspected.
