KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) - A Klamath Falls woman has been charged with murder in a shooting that happened three months ago.

The Herald and News reports (https://is.gd/lbgYZR ) that 31-year-old Lisa Gunn appeared in court Wednesday and was ordered held without bail. Gunn said she would hire a private attorney, but was advised to seek a public defender because of her income level.

Court records show officers found the victim in a Klamath Falls park shortly after midnight on April 15. The 48-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and later died at a hospital.

Police investigated the boat launch at Veterans Memorial Park as the possible location of the shooting.

Gunn was arrested Tuesday on probable cause. An affidavit explaining why detectives believe they had cause has yet to be made public.
