LEWISTON, Maine (AP) - A Maine man has pleaded no contest to reckless conduct in a head-on collision that killed an Auburn motorcyclist last year.
The Sun Journal (https://bit.ly/29GmT7N ) reports that 46-year-old Ronald Morin entered the plea last month in the crash that killed 27-year-old Christopher Moreno in Lewiston. Morin was fined and given no jail time. A misdemeanor OUI charge was dismissed.
The crash happened in November 2015. Police say the Greene man had been under the influence of alcohol and failed to yield the right of way at Fair and College Streets.
