PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Trucks can again travel along Interstate 95 in Philadelphia now that the Democratic National Convention is over.
Pennsylvania’s Transportation Department reopened I-95 to commercial vehicles over five tons just after 3 a.m. Friday. It also reopened all travel lanes on I-95 north at Exits 13 and 22.
The routes had been closed since because of security concerns during the convention.
